Pros
Classic teen summer job. The hourly wage goes up the longer you work. There are other teens working there so as a teen I wasn't always bored.
Cons
Strict and unreasonable supervisor. A large divide between the older staff and the younger seasonal staff. Working at retail in Safeway isn't really something that will impress other employers on your resume unless you're trying to get into retail again. The younger employees are more likely to get long odd hours.
