Pros

Your annual pay is pretty good for having zero college education, starting at the mid 50's up and into the 60's. Benefits are good but you have to pay for half and the company pays for half.

Cons

The unfortunate thing is that you are paid for only 40 hours and the you are scheduled 55 but will work 60+ hours per week. They have made it on the list for one of the best diverse companies to work for, so if you are a white male you will have trouble getting promoted.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to put the work in.The training department offers many ways to improve your skills, tuition reimbursement offered if you take classes toward a business degree.

Cons

There is just simply not enough staff at our stores. The customers become frustrated with all of the fundraising and it makes you feel like a used car salesman.
