      Good for awhile but policies can annoy

      Pros

      Workers can be great Great starting job Pay is what is expected Somewhat easy to get days off although not always what is wanted Sometimes get to enjoy the customers you meet Gain valuable experiance Good for when your in school

      Cons

      Management can be annoying Change in policies often Get very picky with what can and cant be done Treated as lower Above and beyond work is not always recognized Secret Shopper is a very large inconvienence to everyone. This in my opinion, hurts more than helps Sometimes its learn things yourself with little direction. Even if you do more work then employees, all you may get if lucky is a good job. Rarely anything special.

      Gives you job experience, making it easier to get a new job Pretty flexible with your schedule Generally nice coworkers

      Cons

      Occasional miss-comunications that result in the balme being put on you Thankless job Rare recognition of a job-well-done, other than a "thank you" Because it's part of the union, really hard to get promoted because everyone else has seniority over you Underpayed for the work you are doing

      Pros

      The employees help create a fun working environment. They have a lot of young people in their staff which kept it entertaining.

      Cons

      This was the true definition of clock work and power in management. Some people are satisfied with just doing what they are told to do on the clock and nothing extra.
