Pros

None, they treat experienced employees like garbage and give all the new employees the easy jobs. Pros are insurance

Cons

Everything, you work up to journeyman pay just to get your hours cut down to 20 a week which is basically poverty unlivable wages. Be careful if you're dark skinned.
