Most co-workers would steal from you and then smile at you 2 seconds later. So much gossip, politics with management, if you aren’t in good with the person who runs the schedule and the store director and assist. Manager, you won’t be working there too long. The union you pay hundreds of dollars into- is a big load of crap, they don’t fight for your job. They count your money. They lie on your exit papers so you can’t get a job anywhere and union says you owe them money even though you haven’t worked for them in 7 months but they still charge you and they say you are not Hirable in the USA with other jobs and prevent you from getting other jobs. They are corrupt. They cheat you out of legally obligated jury duty pay. Cause it was your day off. When it wasn’t. Broke my back for them and nothing in return.

1. Hired full time. Hours were always cut 2. Worked there for 90 days. Never late. Always there 30 min early. Worked hard. Wasn’t trained properly and they literally had me work till end of my shift and I was told to turn in my things HR would contact me by Monday but most likely I was fired for not having 95% production. I was at 93% being sent home early every shift. Not given correct training so there is that. They never called me. I just got a check via UPS with my final check. This is why there is high turn over. Never given the opportunity to be successful. They don’t care.
