      Pros

      Great co-workers and fun environment. Great money. Guaranteed hours for management. Lots of bonus potential

      Cons

      Stressful at times. Constantly changing schedule. Never enough help. Upper management has unrealistic labor demands. Too much overtime and constant turnover. Sales ultimately determine if you're good at your job or not. Doesn't matter if there is a blizzard, or lots of theft. At the end of day, the expect you to somehow do more sales

      Little training, bossy management

      Pros

      Helped get enough experience to get a much better job elsewhere.

      Cons

      Had to join a union which took money out of my already low paycheck. Bad hours. Got thrown in with no training except for a few videos they expect you to memorize immediately. No support from management, once I was out on the floor I relied on (already overworked) fellow employees for guidance.

      Pros

      Great staff, clean store. Dealing with customers was generally a positive experience albeit the occasional tough customer. Was supposed to be a manager but conflicted with other responsibilities at the time.

      Cons

      Not enough employees in the deli section, customer to employee ration needed some work.
