      Benefits, steady hours, independent work, opportunities for over time

      Cons

      Distribution of work was disproportionately assigned, poor communication from management and warehouse teams to front office, policies change abruptly with little to no warning or reasoning, workload was tremendously too high for staff, not enough efforts to expand front office team to accommodate work, no streamlined training for new CSRs in place, pay could be higher

      Terrible managment

      you work around some nice coworkers

      Cons

      1. low pay 2. inconsistent Hours (will get told at the end of the shift about next days hour changes) 3. little to no communication 4. covid-19 is handled with like the flu (have to be vaccinated though) 5. Unsafe work environment. 6. was in the ER and was informing boss about it. They will give you no response.
