      The Work was very autonomous.

      Cons

      Employees were expected to be workshorses. Work Life Balance was impossible.

      ZERO this place really SUCKS!!! No direction provided within the role from direct management so one is set up to fail from the get go.

      Cons

      Micro-Management within a lot of functions in the corporation. You are constantly hand-slapped if you make miskates. No formal training when you start.
