      Organized, Different, Hands-On, Hours were convenient, People were nice.

      Cons

      Becomes boring. Very much a large company mentality, anyone is replaceable.

      The manager had many anger issues that were never addressed.

      France is more concerned with adding Headcount and increasing reporting requirements than actually looking to solve issues and support local teams.
