Pros

Experience working with Energy Storage Systems. Pay is nice (but not at the cost of your development)

Cons

- Company Culture is Questionable - Lack of Trust and Communication - Longevity will get you promoted quickly, not your performance - No training or helpful onboarding needed for job function; however, expectations are to do more/less than you interviewed for. - No vision for career progression - Easy to feel Undervalue/Underappreciated
