Very focused on core technology Not too political Benefits on par with other global companies Family events are fun Company seems committed to long term success

Cons

Quality of workspace inconsistent from location to location Central (corporate) support functions are not very helpful - they seem to be understaffed Sometimes there are unproductive disagreements between locations

Pros

Pay is decent, a lot of cool people. Probably the best battery company in America when it comes to Li-Ion.

Cons

Leadership lacks focus. Low moral among most levels of employees. H.R. can be overreaching asset times and to disengaged at others.

Pros

While I'm actually just a temp working through a staffing company, any time there's an opening available with the company, I can apply for it which is nice. Also, most of the people you work with (temp and full-time) are really cool.

Cons

Communication between shifts isn't the greatest, which is a problem when 1st shift gets told everything and 2nd shift has to figure things out on its own.
