      Pros

      The company is producing various type of accumulator batteries for specific need as space, aviation, railway , oil & gas, military and metering devices. Large product portfolio allows to keep good sales level even in turbulent times. At some market segments the company is unbeatable leader, which reflects good margin level.

      Cons

      Pressure at sale side is significant, but team spirit is low - lack of communication between divisions and offices prevents from synergies. IT side is clearly outdated, management is quite conservative regarding digitalization. R&D was strong decades ago, at present competitors are faster and therefore more successful.

      Pros

      There are a lot of interesting projects going on in Space, Military/Defense, along with some high performance racing work that's pretty cool. There is a lot to do, with fundamental R&D, design work, and manufacturing all happening in the same place. The company seems to care about listening to feedback and improving, and the benefits are pretty good (the 401k match in particular). Overall it's definitely one of the better government contracting companies.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits aren't the best. Getting raises and promotions is difficult and structured and doesn't always amount to much - it doesn't seem like there's ever much room for negotiation and projecting your future salary can be a disappointing exercise.
