Pros
I am working as accounting specialist with Sage Freight. I find the team at Sage is very supportive and helpful which makes coming to work more enjoyable. Also, the Compensation and benefits are market competitive that demonstrate the company's investment in its employees. A fast paced environment that challenges employees to innovate makes Sage Freight a great employer to work with.
Cons
I experienced some challenges with the company's Hybrid Working policy. I was disappointed to find that Sage Freight doesn't offer flexible working hours or regular work-from-home options. While i understand the importance of face to face interactions, i believe that providing more flexibility in work arrangements could lead to increased productivity, employee satisfaction and retention.
