Pros
I have been a part of Sage for 3 years now and they hired me as a fresh graduate with little to no experience. Sage Freight is a place for opportunities and growth if you are up for the challenges. I have learned a lot from my peers and my managers and being part of the company success has been nothing short of amazing. Things that stand out about working here are the workplace culture and the people. The CEO Bob King is a visionary leader and he has inspired many and created opportunities and jobs for so many people through his constant efforts in growing this company. The leaders and the decision makers have always been fair and just. Sage provide great compensation and benefits. I can personally vouch that if you’re working here you get to feel that you’re a part of something bigger than just a job.
Cons
The industry is tough and not for everyone. Sometimes your job can feel repetitive but that’s normal for any job.
