Pros

I have worked with Sage for the last 7 years and am leaving for a new opportunity. I have stayed loyal throughout the years because the culture, the people, the benefits, and the opportunities are all amazing. I have always felt cared for as a person, even through the challenging times of COVID that the company weathered as well as could be asked. As a woman pursuing a strong career, I had incredible female leaders that always understood the importance of family. It is truly bittersweet to leave but I hope to take the wonderful culture that I experienced at Sage and bring it elsewhere, because every company deserves to be as great as Sage has been.
