Pros

Adequate employee assistance programs, People and Culture department is easy to reach and make you feel heard, lots of connection between properties and P&C, good benefits, general kindness

Cons

inconsistent and unclear staffing decisions, minimal respect for seniority amongst employees, no opportunities for raises and very minimal opportunities for growth or career development amongst hourly employees, not enough involvement in hotel operations leading to dysfunction at properties.

Pros

hotel discounts, but they arent even that great

Cons

unsupportive management with a super clique-y culture. feedback is never taken seriously and any requests for supplies get shot down immediately. some departments can get away with literally anything while others get in trouble for breathing too heavily. every department is understaffed and overworked. no opportunity for advancement unless youre managements favorite

Worst Executive Management Ever

Pros

None. Everything “good” that they do is backhanded.

Cons

Awful communication. Overworked employees and the training is non-existent. Management runs for the door and doesn’t do much to actually support their team. Management barely works full time hours while their staff are forced to work in terrible and negative conditions.
