Pros

good benefits, fun team, active work environment. It is a fast passed working environment that is constantly changing everyday, allowing you to interact with a fun team and guest from all back grounds.

Cons

they dont pay you anything close to what you are worth considering the overall profits they are taking in daily, they show their appreciation for you as a good employee with a pat on the back without any sort of incentives or bonuses.

Management is awful

Pros

Multiple hotels in Denver area.

Cons

Sage took over the hotel I work at and from there has been downhill. They ignore the employees requests on how to help the business, treat them like garbage, and have no ambition to learn any positions. Management is very stuck up and useless. A bunch of empty promises.

Questionable Management

Pros

I work at the front desk so it is fun the different challenges that present themselves everyday. Each guest is a new opportunity to get to know a new person and learn about their experiences. If you work hard and are dedicated it is possible to move through the ranks at a pretty decent pace.

Cons

The pay is sub par for the hours that are required in hospitality. If you do not have friends or family that have 9-5 jobs it would not be bad. Management is a mixed bag. At a certain point in your career it feels like they put the carrot in front of your face and give you a lot more responsibility with no more pay or incentives.
