      Use open door policy with caution!

      Pros

      Great portfolio of unique hotels, and they have truly created the term lifestyle hotels with-in the hotel community.

      Cons

      Sage says they have an open door policy, but when I decided to do what was write and say something, I was met with retaliation when they went to my boss and told them what I said.

      Pros

      Hotel discounts and meal discounts in the restaurants but was 50% and now 25%

      Cons

      No insurance Long hours without considering that people need a basic start and finish working time. Very unpredictable.
