Pros

Lots of opportunities to move within the city. The benefits were pretty good and some great teammates

Cons

Challenges are management at hotel and corporate is horrible. I tried following protocol no luck and corporate hr was a major joke.

Great leadership growth opportunities, options for relocation and advancement, and challenging tasks to hone your hospitality skills.

Cons

Relocation is a necessary to advance rapidly, but this is not unusual for a hotel management group.
