Pros

Been a joy to work for Sage. They bring life into forgotten hotels. Great benefits, managers are personable and easy to communicate with. The company has good moral values and I am proud to work for Sage

Cons

Don't pay so well compared to competing hotels. That being said, management does work hard to find a position that can accommodate the need for more income

Family like work environment . If you are a full time employee the benifits are great. Plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Business slows down in the winter. It's hard to qualify to be a full time employee. High turn around.
