Pros

Dynamic, open organization that encourages ideas, innovation, and allows for creativity and unique solutions. The people are terrific to work with and the sense of family is strong. I like working for an organization that has clearly defined values and lives them out in their decisions and actions.

Cons

Not all areas are clearly aligned with each other and funding for important infrastructure is not always avaiable.

Pros

A genuine caring for associates. DO a good job, be there and the company treats you as family.

Cons

I'd like to see better benefits with regard to Health Insurance, more sick time, more vacation and better 401k contributions

Pros

Sage has a great work environment with great people. There are opportunities to sharpen skills and take on new challenges. The most rewarding part of working with Sage is the generosity of volunteering and community involvement.

Cons

There are no major downsides to working at Sage. This company is recognized as a leader in the hospitality business!
