Pros

upper level management likes to know each employee individually & seems to genuinely want to make the company better, friendly co-workers, department managers do their best to accomodate requests off, great hotel discounts

Cons

high stress and low pay, some managers know less than the employees they supervise, high turn over, being "on-brand" can be very smothering, initial training is lacking
