Pros

Decent total compensation package. On-property management teams are generally good. Properties are generally good.

Cons

Complete lack of management career development. Old boys network of leadership. Lack of consistency in General Managers (some good, some poor). Lack of consistent enforcement of HR policies. Very Colorado-focused-not awesome if you aren't at a Colorado hotel.

They manage some nice properties.

Cons

The company manages their properties severely understaffed causing their employees and guests to suffer.
