Pros

This is the best hospitality company I have ever worked for! The core values genuinely guide day-to-day operations, with both the guest and associate experience at the center of every decision. The benefits package is highly competitive, abundant, and reasonably priced. However, it's the people who truly make it a great place to work.

Cons

No cons that I can think of at this time.

Pros

There are some great people and a lot of inexperienced mangers due to compensation and talent pool.

Cons

Minimal luxury property’s mostly select service. Majority of hotels in Denver. Some great some run down. Ok for what it is.

Dear Sage Associate, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your continued leadership over the past several years. We’re glad to hear you’ve found strong connections within the Sage community—our people are truly what set us apart. We also appreciate your perspective on our portfolio. While we recognize there could be some misconceptions in the field, the majority of our hotels are full-service lifestyle and luxury properties, and that’s where we continue to grow strategically. Your feedback is a helpful reminder that we can potentially do more to communicate clearly about our evolving portfolio and long-term vision. If you’d like to share more, we’d welcome the opportunity to hear from you at myvoice@sagehospitalitygroup.com. With gratitude, The Sage Hospitality People & Culture Team You belong here.
