Strong culture and commitment of Energizing Hearts, Engaging Minds and Encouraging Success — I’ve progressed from a part-time hourly role to a director position. Leadership values development, trust, and long-term careers. Work-life balance is genuinely supported, including at senior levels, and there’s flexibility to perform at a high level without burning out.
