Pros

- Culture that truly cares about its people and having a positive impact on the community - Good, competent corporate support for whatever you could need - Really exciting projects in the works and the company is moving in an exciting direction and bringing in new people with outside perspectives to help bring the vision to life - Lots of autonomy and ability to shape your role and see your impact - They do a good job in keeping a modern approach from ways or working to encouraging innovation while still keeping a focus on the guest - Ability to partner and work with some of the top partners across industries

Cons

- Some of the execution and day-to-day realities haven't quite caught up to the vision and direction -- but they are working on it to evolve the company from a local-company of select service hotels to a leader of unique, multi-faceted properties all around the country with the talent to support it - some coworkers could better embrace ambiguity and change
