Sage Hospitality is an awesome place to work, with the following key pros to working there include: - Extremely good culture where associates work together - The property really does care about their associates and this translates into the associates really caring about their guests. - A key pillar to the company, which is highly important to me, is Integrity and it shows from the Executive team through the associates.

Cons

Really enjoyed working for the company, but one are for improvement would be communication, but even this area the company continued to make improvements every year as it was an identified area of opportunity.
