I felt incredibly appreciated by not just my department but the HR/Sales team as well.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, emphasis on mental health and work-life balance.

Cons

If you are not in Denver, don't expect much. The company is also implementing AI shortcuts and discourage individual thinking which on the long run hurts career development. Limited support and career development opportunities.
