Pros

People & Culture, first and foremost. I feel supported and valued as a team member, and management cares about my continued success. It is an amazing team that works hard and cares about our properties, partners and employees, and in my interactions with others, it is great to see that people are excited to grow and do good work.

I've been with Sage for almost 3 years and have never loved a workplace more! The company is filled with friendly and supportive colleagues from entry-level to corporate. The people here truly make the job I do fun and exciting every day.

Cons

The hospitality industry can be challenging in its own regard - I have no cons for Sage.

One area I believe Sage Hospitality Group can grow is in the geographic distribution of our properties. Currently, there's a noticeable concentration of properties in certain areas of the US, which might limit opportunities for professionals in regions not yet reached by our presence. Expanding our footprint more broadly could not only enhance career opportunities for many but also allow us to make a positive impact in new communities, staying true to our core values of Energizing Hearts, Engaging Minds, and Encouraging Success across a wider canvas.
