Pros

Sage has provided me with great room to grow and hone my skills. Even after 15 years in the industry, I have still been provided new challenges and experiences.

Cons

A couple of systems are out of date. They work, but there are easier ways of getting it done.

Pros

Sage has a great culture that is alive and kicking throughout senior leadership. The company has great history and a good foundation and is growing, stability and opportunity exists here.

Cons

Sage is headquartered in Denver so there are more opportunities there.

the reason why i accepted the position of kitchen supervisor here at Wit and wisdom at the lodge at Sonoma. first is the culture and the management was so amazing they're being helpful to reach your goals and hands on to their people.

Cons

we need more people to the kitchen.
