Pros

Great people to work with and decent benefits and perks.

Cons

There is a significant lack of communication across departments, which leads to inefficiency, misalignment, and an inability for teams to work effectively toward shared goals. The organization also suffers from a lack of strong leadership, largely due to chronic understaffing, leaving employees without clear direction, accountability, or support for growth. Additionally, the weekly workload often feels chaotic and repetitive, with a continued focus on short-term, reactive tasks rather than strategic initiatives that drive long-term brand awareness and organizational success.

Pros

Working for Sage Hospitality Group has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. have had the incredible opportunity to grow into the roles of Engineering manager, to Chief Engineer and now Area Director of Engineering. That kind of career progression doesn’t happen by accident, it’s a reflection of Sage’s strong culture of developing and recognizing talent from within. I have had the pleasure to work at many Sage properties on task force assignment and my daily role and the culture is true and strong at each property. I’ve always felt valued and motivated to bring my best every day and I strive to make sure all of my co-workers feel the same.

Cons

None everyday we work towards building and growing communication.
