Pros

Management is transparent and honest Management takes care of their workers and always giving out keys to succeed Management has good benefits Management is very personal with every property

Cons

Management’s properties are not as heavily Populated in the east coast meaning you may have to move across the world for promotions (more of a me thing than a true con)

Growth opportunities: For those who are driven, there’s significant room to grow. Leadership encourages development, mentorship, and exploring new paths within the organization. Strong values & purpose: Sage leads with heart. The company’s commitment to community, innovation, and hospitality shows up in day-to-day decision-making. Collaborative environment: Teams work closely across departments, which creates great learning opportunities and a strong sense of partnership. Empowered leadership: Leaders are encouraged to make thoughtful decisions that balance business needs with associate well-being. There’s space to think strategically and have a real impact.

Cons

Change can move quickly: With a company that’s growing and evolving, priorities shift fast. This can be challenging if you prefer a slower or more predictable pace. Additionally, with the quick nature of some items, relevant leaders may be left out of the loop or notified late of an impactful change.
