Thank you for your feedback. It's excellent to know that you're having a wonderful experience working with us at Sage. In the spirit of our values, particularly Human and Simplify, our colleagues continue to be empowered through platforms like our Talent Marketplace to take part in 'Gigs'—short-term projects within different function areas in the business meant to promote collaboration, showcase the calibre of talent we have at Sage, and build strong colleague networks within the business. As we simplify our processes and operations, several other opportunities are emerging for colleagues to partner on different projects. That said, we appreciate that we still have a lot more room for improvement. We shall keep making strides in the right direction. If you have any additional feedback to share, please do so via our internal Always Listening channel.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that we've had a fair few periods of change across the business. This has resulted from operating in a dynamic business environment where stakeholder expectations and technology advancements require a slight shift in direction now and again. Please be encouraged to talk boldly with your manager and wider teams about your concerns about achieving targets. They are best placed and ready to support you in thriving.

Pros

Sage is a truly friendly company to work for, with one of the biggest positives being the people and the culture. I have a great, supportive line manager who provides regular feedback and development opportunities. Recently, we have been asked to return to the office three days a week. While office working isn’t for everyone, please don’t let the negative comments deter you. If you enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team with friendly, supportive people, Sage is a great place for you. The pay and benefits are excellent. Compensation is well above average for the area, and the bonus and additional benefits are also great.

Cons

Sage is a software company operating in a competitive and ever-changing marketplace. Our success is evident from our growth rates and recent share price increases. To achieve this growth, the company needs to be agile in its operations, which generates a lot of change. For some, this can be a negative, but for others, it presents opportunities to work in different ways and with various teams. It ultimately depends on your preference for a work environment.
