Pros

Staff can dress in casual wear, allowing everyone to go to work feeling comfortable in the clothing they have to sit in for 8 hours per day.

Cons

Many cons - in general a constant high turnover of staff with far too much pressure for the rewards. Unfair and unrealistic high targets which if not achieved in a short time could lead to dismissal as well an inconsistency on commission potential. Probably one of the worst experiences in my whole career.

Pros

The people were great to work with. The atmosphere was relaxed and dress was casual depending on the department you worked in.

Cons

The way that they determine compensation isn't fair. They're reviews, to me anyway, don't always reflect how your actual performance is.
