      - Good Benefits - Good people - Flexible hours as long as you get your job done

      Cons

      - Management and leaders are still trying to figure out the direction of this company - Losing market share from competitors like Xero, Freshbooks and etc. - Plenty of politics

      Pros

      This company is made of great people and offers interesting benefits (401k, nice PTO time, ok healthcare). If you are a motivated employee you will find a lot of opportunities to evolve within Sage.

      Cons

      A lot of changes in the past 2 years and the company is still looking for the right organization. The products are not top of the line and some investments are really definitely needed to allow the growth required.

      Upper management is in disarray; not sure of what they want to do with current and future staff. On January 20, 2016 Sage Software began laying off employees in North America and Canada as a part of their reorganization efforts. Approximately 200 employees were released on January 20, 2016 with supposedly more to come.
