Pros

Pension and benefit scheme Salary review Bonus scheme

Cons

Steve Hare has put a lot of people in charge who have no place in management. We have bought very questionable companies, they often don’t work and quickly get shelved. Do we not do any due diligence? The company is very disconnected, to say we’ve lost our roots would be an understatement. Back in the office 3 days now, asked for feedback and then made a video stating why they’ve won’t listening to it.

Pros

Great team off talented sales individuals

Cons

I am writing this review out of deep concern, as I have reached a point where I feel completely unsupported in my role. The recent changes within the company have made it increasingly difficult to succeed, and I believe it's important to highlight the key issues that are negatively impacting both staff morale and overall performance.
The targets set for the team have become increasingly unattainable, with opportunities to meet them having been stripped away due to recent role changes. This is putting immense pressure on the team and affecting overall job satisfaction. It's disheartening to see how these targets are being pushed without regard for the realities of the role and the challenges we face in achieving them.
It is clear that decisions are being made by leadership without consulting or taking into consideration the feedback of those on the front lines. We are the ones working directly with the products and customers, and yet our insights and concerns seem to be overlooked. This lack of communication and engagement has created a disconnect that is severely affecting staff morale and performance.
When team members have attempted to address concerns with management, the response has often been one of defensiveness or deflection, rather than a willingness to listen and make necessary changes. This approach has only added to the frustration and feeling unheard.
As a result of these ongoing issues, a number of talented individuals are actively looking for new positions. This is a huge loss for the company, as we are the ones who truly understand the business, the products, and what is needed to succeed. If management does not take immediate action to address these concerns, I fear that the company will lose many of its best employees, which will have long-term consequences on both performance and company culture. I sincerely hope that leadership takes these concerns seriously and takes proactive steps to make meaningful changes. Listening to the team and addressing these issues is critical if the company hopes to retain its talent and succeed in the future.
