      Pros

      Working with some amazing people and appreciate the commitment to local communities we serve. If you like to serve others, then this is a great place. There are a lot of opportunities for growth in Sales and other key business areas. They have brought in some new leaders that are outcome focused, which is definitely changing the culture.

      Cons

      Sage like all organizations is going through a transition period. Moving from a larger slow-moving org to a faster paced Saas company to compete in the marketplace. To do this you have to make some tough people decisions as well as change the way you are doing things. Change is hard on everyone and think this is part of the business landscape we are in. It can be challenging for some to keep up.
