Pros

I have nothing nice to say about these people.

Cons

If I could give this place a 0! I would this is a TERRIBLE place to work I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this place. Not even the homeless. No real promotions!!! This place is the true definition of "PENNY PINTCHING" if you work here you have to do Sales,Support, and service this is and example of them "PENNY PINTCHING" and not PROPERLY paying people. if you go here you will be OVER WORKED AND UNDER PAID. Colleagues do not matter so if you're looking to feel appreciated I WOULDN'T PICK THIS PLACE.

Thanks for your feedback. Our new interim CPO, Amanda Cusdin, said earlier today that she wants to develop employee engagement across Sage as it's important we listen to our people. She said we drive hard for results so it's important we look after our people. The outcome of the recent colleague survey is currently being shared and she's also committed to ensure we continue listening to our people. Thanks again.

Pros

Good vacation allowance, (though its added in with sick time).

Cons

Management is not trained as to how to manage effectively. They believe that bullying will provide results.

Unethical behaviour is not tolerated at Sage as detailed in our Code of Conduct, and all colleagues at Sage have access to the free and confidential ‘Safecall’ line in the event you wish to draw attention to any wrongdoing. The new Leadership@Sage programme is for our people managers - we know that what they do every day has an impact on all of us….our colleagues, our brand and of course our business performance. Our leaders are responsible for creating a great place to work, a place where we attract and retain the best colleagues. A place where colleagues love coming to work and want to shout/talk about Sage. As leaders they influence and shape that culture. A place where colleagues are committed to Sage - driving business performance and delighting our customers, the Business Builders. Leadership as we all should know, is not a set of HR processes – it is taking colleagues on a journey through their time at Sage, supporting, challenging and guiding them. So, the designers of our Leading@Sage programme aren't shy about the importance of this key piece of training & development - and we will all benefit. Thanks for your feedback and I wish you all the success with your career.
