Thanks for your feedback. Our new interim CPO, Amanda Cusdin, said earlier today that she wants to develop employee engagement across Sage as it's important we listen to our people. She said we drive hard for results so it's important we look after our people. The new Leadership@Sage programme is for our people managers - we know that what they do every day has an impact on all of us….our colleagues, our brand and of course our business performance. Our leaders are responsible for creating a great place to work, a place where we attract and retain the best colleagues. A place where colleagues love coming to work and want to shout/talk about Sage. As leaders they influence and shape that culture. A place where colleagues are committed to Sage - driving business performance and delighting our customers, the Business Builders. Leadership as we all should know, is not a set of HR processes – it is taking colleagues on a journey through their time at Sage, supporting, challenging and guiding them. So, the designers of our Leading@Sage programme aren't shy about the importance of this key piece of training & development - and we will all benefit.
