Pros

The management at Brightpearl truly cares about their employees and ensures proper attention to everyone's position in professional growth and development. All teams I've worked with have been supportive and helpful in various circumstances, and there's a real collaborative environment that's maintained even remotely. Compensation is competitive, growth opportunities are plentiful, and the overall attitude is very positive across the board.

Cons

The environment is extremely fast paced and it can be difficult to find balance with home life after 5pm. This comes with the territory of a rapidly growing company that supports it's customers well, but there could be some adjustments made to account for internal scalability for the sake of employee work-life balance. With that, although pay and health benefits are good, vacation time is not modernized like most tech companies in the industry.

• transparent culture - management tries its best to be open and honest w/ employees • benefits - healthcare is 0$ to US employees • work / life balance - PTO is generous & work/ life balance is good for the most part •teammates are excellent & passionate, very little workplace politics

Cons

• no room for upward mobility. There is not a straightforward promotional track. There’s some of the most talented people at this company that are waiting to be promoted but have no answer when. • pay - compensation is far below market @ other companies right now. • largest issue is lack of transparency when it comes to working remote. The company goes back and forth. With rising cost of living in austin, a permanent remote option is necessary
