      Good organization, with few happiness.

      Cons

      Undeserving individuals are promoted for people management. Who think of themselves as Kings. Pathetic culture. And even if raised with the SM's , no action is taken. Only given some stupid logic to calm down. And a standard statement, thank you for raising we are looking into it.
