Pros

Great work-life balance with hybrid working Nice office space, with plenty of choices for agile working Plenty of social events and opportunities Raising awareness for inclusion, diversity and social issues Good parental leave, healthcare, pension benefits, bonus scheme, holiday allowance

Cons

Very little room for progression/promotion in certain departments US counterparts seem to get promoted quickly and easily compared to UK Poor communication across departments, resulting in confusion, problems and errors when working together. Issues would be avoided if people took initiative.

Pros

Almost free healthcare This is the only reason people stay at SAGE for so long.

Cons

Managers hardly have any outside the company publishing experience. Most are SAGE lifers. Favoritism to the max. Most favs don’t have to put in the work. If you aren’t a favorite you are doing all the work. It’s unreal. You cannot take a day of vacation during selling season but managers go on them and it’s ok and expect reps to cover for them while they are OOO. I’ve never seen such double standards. RUN from SAGE!

We take all feedback into consideration, and we take seriously the expectation and assumption of nonbiased, objective, and fair employment practices. Although we have significant tenure in our employee population, we expect everyone to be held accountable, management and nonmanagement employees alike. No one is exempted from performance expectations regardless of long tenure. We encourage all employees to bring concerns to the attention of management and/or HR to allow us to assess and review any perceptions of unfairness. We remain committed to the goal of fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
