      Pros

      The pros of working for this company I would say is how fast its growing, There's opportunity all over the place. The benefits are pretty good. I enjoy coming into the office as the people are great and the office well set up. There's a lot of independence as well.

      Cons

      Some cons of working here include you get the option of hybrid, but it wasn't really explained beforehand that you would have to wait a few months and earn qualification. You'll be dealing with angry agents/insureds,

      Pros

      As a college student working a part-time job here, SageSure has been the most flexible job I have ever had. The work-environment is always friendly, professional, and encouraging. We also have fun on the side by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and achievements.

      Cons

      They do not accept or consider employees who already work here for internships at SageSure. As a college student looking for internships and wanting to stay with the same company, I was disappointed to find this out the hard way.
