Very nice friendly work environment Benefits are good Able to talk with anyone - including supervisors and management.

Cons

Pay is not fair for everyone. There needs to be more equal pay. Not start off new people making more than others when they have less experience.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, there aren't a lot of processes in place. But everyone is working diligently to streamline operations.
