- Compensation/Pay: My position is paid several dollars less than the national average for this role and those who have spoke up about compensation concerns were silenced by management/HR. - Communication & Follow-through: This company is great at providing empty promises and/or no information at all. - No change management: Processes are rolled out half-baked without consulting parties directly involved which causes issues and increased workloads for all involved - Understaffed with High Demands/Significant and Regular Demands for Mandatory OT
