Pros
SageSure has remained true to its word when they told me to come as I am when I joined the team. They were very up front about potential challenges that I may face as I came from a very rigid career in finance with very large corporation to a smaller one. The challenges have been welcomed because of the tremendous amount of support that this company has provided.
Cons
With any company that has experienced a tremendous boom in growth, there have been growing pains. I think my department has been provided with the support that is necessary to manage it though.
