The departure of three skilled female managers further highlighted the severity of the issue, leaving behind a void that was never adequately addressed. In light of these disturbing experiences, I must urge potential employees to think twice before considering SageSure as an employer. The combination of poor work-life balance and an incompetent upper management team perpetuates an environment that fosters discrimination and undermines the well-being of its employees.
