Pros

Great Benefits, Fully Remote, Collaborative Environment, CI/CD Agile Software Development. Lots of opportunities to grow in career. Some get togethers in person.

Cons

If you don't like fully remote working, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

The company is growing in a difficult market, thanks in large part to talented leaders with a clear vision for the future. The team is willing to take risks and moves much more quickly than larger insurers, which sometimes creates issues but also makes issues faster and easier to resolve.

Cons

Pressure to move very quickly can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or corner-cutting that causes problems later, which can be a source of frustration for the employees tasked with clean up.

Pros

PTO was 4 weeks annually. Unable to successfully use the time due to no work life balance.

Cons

Upper management is not supportative and mentoring. Expect you to work 70+ hours a week.
