Pros

You can accelerate your resume by working for SageSure.

Cons

- no career path in the company, advancement feels political (are you “in” or “out”?) rather than performance driven - no work/life balance, SageSure will take as much as you’ll give but not compensate in return - dysfunctional leadership, not strategic or capable of scale, and playing from behind because of it - ineffective company values which are out of date and not reflective of the current culture
