Pros

I've always loved working for small companies because I feel like I can really make a difference for them. Usually the tradeoff is not getting great - or any - benefits. SageSure feels like a small company, but they care about their employees and provide great benefits. During the Covid pandemic, they were (and still are) extra careful about keeping employees safe. They've made it possible for everyone to work from home and are finding safe ways for some employees to return to their offices.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, but it's not the worst and the benefits are very good... and working for a company and with teams that I love makes up for it.

Hiring process was easy. The systems are easy to learn.

Cons

If you are licensed, they don't want you. They will back train you, and discount all the hard work you did to get your license. The trainer is impatient and rude, especially if someone (with no experience) asks to go back over something. "Like I said before" is said a LOT. I do not recommend working for them if you have experience in home insurance. 98% of their agents are unlicensed, and making changes to policy.
