Originally went to company because they were Christian based, but they no longer are. Company is growing really fast and having trouble keeping up. Lots of technology/internet issues.

Big company so people becomes numbers (clients and staff), which then become expendable. Top heavy, with lots of oversight. Management lacking experience in staff roles.
